Founded in 2014 as The Judge Group, the company rebranded as Forefront-AT in 2024 and today focuses on telecommunications and ICT quality assurance for federal construction.
Founder & Owner
Michael Judge, RCDD, PMP
Michael is a U.S. Army veteran who served from 1988 to 1996 as a Multichannel Communications Systems Supervisor. He has spent more than 25 years in telecommunications across Department of Defense and civilian sectors.
For 20 years he was the sole RCDD supporting a Special Operations campus at Fort Bragg, where he guided A-E firms on military construction projects, wrote the campus USACE Division 27 specification, and performed QA/QC on hundreds of projects. Today he leads Forefront-AT's quality assurance work for USACE and its construction management partners.
He holds a B.S. in Information Systems Technology with a specialization in Project Management from Capella University.
He holds current TS/SCI eligibility, reinstatable by a cleared prime without a new investigation.
